Shipping policy

Sublime Alchemy LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carriers (USPS, UPS etc) and NO refunds will be issued to customers if their order is delayed by the carrier as long as Sublime Alchemy has transferred the package to the carrier and the tracking number is showing that the package is with the carrier.

 

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit and the outer carton is visibly damaged, please take pictures of the packaging (shipping label should be visible in the images) BEFORE UNPACKING the product and do not dispose of the packaging UNTIL you are satisfied with the condition of the product.
